Farewell visit of Ambassador Lee A. Feinstein to Krakow

On 23 October 2012 U.S. Ambassador Lee A. Feinstein paid his final visit to Krakow. He began his diplomatic service in Poland in November 2009. Ambasador Feinstein paid a farewell call to Mayor of the City of Krakow Jacek Majchrowski.

During his Krakow visit Ambassador Feinstein addressed students at the Jagiellonian University and attanded an evening event organised by the American Chamber of Commerce's executive council. In his remarks to the business community representatives, Ambassador Feinstein emphasized the importance of expanding the U.S.-Polish economic relationship in order to build prosperity on both sides of the Atlantic.
