Kraków rated best European City!
Kraków is the best European city for tourists – according to a survey by the British Which? Travel magazine. Our city snatched 94% of votes and was rated number one in this year's survey of most interesting European cities.
We competed against 42 European cities including Seville (93%) and Naples (59%). Which? Travel magazine has contucted the city popularity survey for years. The results are based on readers' comments assessing their satisfaction level after visiting a city, testing the following: air, hotel and accomodation costs, quality of accomodation, restaurants, cultural sights and tourist attractions, shopping and ease of getting around. British gave Kraków restaurant offer 5 stars, rating us higher than Rome and Paris. We were also ranked best for overall value for money.
Kraków has already been named favourite city by readers of the Which? Travel magazine three times, first in 2014 and in 2016.
Which? Travel is a bimonthly magazine, one of the largest travel magazines in Great Britain. It is recognised by upmarket tourists and was forst published in 1974.
