Write a poem about Krakow – win our competition.
We invite you to write and submit poems for the 1st edition of the Polish and International Literary Competition Poems on the Walls - About Krakow organised by the Poemat Foundation and Mayor’s Office of the Municipality of Krakow
This year’s edition is entitled: Krakow. An Impression.
The Competition is addressed to authors writing in one of the following languages: English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Polish and Spanish
Poems can be submitted from 1st until 30th June 2012 through the international social network www.emultipoetry.eu
The Jury will select 31 best poems which will be displayed from 1st until 31st October 2012, within the Poems on Walls action – a year round screening of poems taking place in Krakow in ul. Bracka 1. Each day one poem will be displayed in its original language with its English and Polish translation.
We are also planning to publish the winning poems in their original languages, with their Polish and English translations in a special book.
