According to an online poll by Canadian portal sportetsociete.org Krakow, next to Oslo, is most likely to become the host of the the 2022 Winter Olympics. Vote Krakow!

Plans of constructing an underground in Krakow are mentioned as well as the fact that it is the first time that a city bidding to host the games intends to benefit from the event by modernizing its transport and communication systems.
