An Open Day at the Information Point for Foreigners is being organised for everyone who needs advice on the labour market, social security, legalisation of stay in Poland or legal consultation. Specialists from various fields will provide free support and guidance. This Friday, 6 March, the IB Poland Foundation invites participants to the first Open Day of the year.
Free consultations will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the headquarters of the Information Point and the Multicultural Centre in Kraków, located in the Socio-Economic Innovation Cluster “Zabłocie Space” building at ul. Zabłocie 20 (1st floor).
March is also a special month for the organisers – the Foreigners’ Information Point in Kraków and the Multicultural Centre in Kraków are celebrating their anniversary. This year marks 5 years of activity and support for Kraków’s residents.
Consultations will be provided with the support of interpreters from Polish into, among others, English, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish and Italian.

The Information Point is a place where every foreign national staying in Kraków can receive free information and advice on matters such as legalisation of stay, education, administration, official procedures and the labour market. Visitors can book legal and psychological consultations and use the services of interpreters and foreign assistants. Since May 2022, representatives of various institutions have also held regular on-site advisory sessions.
Since mid-January 2024, the Point has been located at ul. Zabłocie 20 in the Socio-Economic Innovation Cluster. The schedule of consultations is published weekly. The Point is run by the IB Poland Foundation as part of the Multicultural Centre in Kraków project, financed by the Municipality of Kraków.
