How to design engagement within organisations? What do employees really need? What is the role of leaders in creating sustainable CSR projects in companies? These are just some of the topics related to corporate social responsibility discussed during the CSR Poland 2026 conference, whose opening was attended by the Mayor of Kraków, Aleksander Miszalski. The event, organised by the Poland Business Run Foundation, took place on 12–13 March in Kraków.
CSR Poland is one of the largest conferences dedicated to CSR and ESG in southern Poland. The event is held at the CKF_13 Conference Centre on Fabryczna Street and is aimed at professionals working in CSR, HR, DE&I, employer branding and marketing, as well as everyone interested in sustainable development. The conference is organised by the Poland Business Run Foundation, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year and is widely known for organising a charity relay race that combines sport with social initiatives.
The first day of the conference focused on presentations and discussions led by experts from the CSR, ESG and HR sectors. Speakers shared the most interesting case studies, addressing topics such as psychological safety in organisations, professional burnout and ESG regulations. Among the speakers were Kasia Matyjewicz, Martyna Zastawna, Dariusz Klupi and Susanna Romantsova. Each thematic block combined lectures with panel discussions, and the day concluded with a ceremonial gala during which the CSR Poland Awards were presented.
The second day of the event was devoted entirely to practical activities. Participants took part in one of three four-hour workshops, gaining concrete tools ready to be implemented in their organisations. The workshops covered topics such as counteracting workplace bullying, designing employee engagement and managing change in companies.
CSR Poland 2026 is not only about knowledge and inspiration. It is also an opportunity to meet industry leaders, exchange experiences and build networks that may lead to new social initiatives. More detailed information is available at www.csrpoland.pl.
