The My Kraków Tourist Card responds to the growing needs of visitors to Kraków who value independence, convenience and saving time. The card offers free admission to many of Kraków’s key tourist attractions, unlimited travel on public transport in Zones I, II and III, and a wide range of discounts at partner museums, restaurants, service providers and entertainment venues. A full list of partners is provided below.

The My Kraków Tourist Card is available in two formats: a physical card and a digital version via an app.

Your trip, your way

One of the key advantages of the My Kraków Tourist Card is its flexibility. It comes in three time options: 24, 48 or 72 hours, allowing visitors to choose the option that best suits the length and pace of their stay. The card is designed for maximum convenience. It can be purchased in person or online from anywhere in the world, and visitors can activate it whenever they choose, giving them full control over when they start exploring the city.

Integration and quality under the KTA umbrella

The card is operated by Kraków Tourism Alliance (the Tourist Organisation of the Royal Capital City of Kraków), established by the Municipality of Kraków. The organisation also operates the city’s official tourist information points.

The My Kraków Tourist Card is part of a broader strategy to create a coordinated, visitor-friendly tourism system in Kraków. By bringing these services together, Kraków Tourism Alliance aims to make sightseeing easier, more enjoyable and full of memorable experiences.

“The launch of the My Kraków Tourist Card is about much more than introducing a modern tool for tourists and visitors. Above all, it is tangible proof of the creative power of Kraków’s tourism community when we work together.

“When developing this project, we did not ask what each of us could gain individually. Instead, we asked what we could achieve together for our city and the people who visit it. Working side by side—as an association, local businesses, cultural institutions and restaurateurs—we have built a bridge based on mutual trust and cooperation.

“This card is not just a key to Kraków’s heritage; it is a living expression of our shared hospitality. Today, we are showing the world that we can tell the most beautiful story of Kraków together, with one strong and united voice.” — Grzegorz Soszyński, President of the Management Board of Kraków Tourism Alliance
