Open Krakow conference at the City Hall
Three days of expert debates, inspiring discussions and numerous cultural events – this, in short, is the agenda of the "Otwarty Kraków” conference innaugurated on Thursday 23 February at the Krakow City Council Hall.
The conference was organised by the Krakow City Hall, Interkulturalni.pl Association and Mikołaj Rej Foundation for the Support of Culture and Polish Language (Fundacja Wspierania Kultury i Języka Polskiego im. Mikołaja Kopernika). The title "Open Krakow" refers to the programme adopted with a Krakow City Council resolution in September 2016. The main objective of the programme is to implement the municipal policy of openness towards international inhabitants of Krakow, including promoting the potential of multiculturalism and diversity. There were around 150 confirmed participants at the conference of whom approximately one third were non-Polish.
